My journey began in the fitness industry, where I grew and coached an independent client base, managed large teams, and led impactful group coaching sessions. 

This foundation has shaped my approach to helping trade business owners achieve their professional and personal goals.

I am passionate about building pathways to sustainable business growth, empowering clients to optimise their businesses and personal lives.

Luke is an experienced electrician turned business coach and consultant with a diverse entrepreneurial background. Over the years, he has successfully run multiple businesses across various industries, including the trades, coaching, and health & wellness. His journey into coaching began around eight years ago, when he discovered his passion for helping others transform their careers and businesses.

Luke specializes in helping skilled tradespeople transition from working as solo operators to becoming profitable business owners. He has worked with hundreds of trade-based clients, guiding them to grow from doing $30-40K per month to building teams of 5-10+ people, generating $150-300K per month through strategic automation and business optimisation.

A passionate advocate for leadership, performance, communication, and team development, Luke thrives on helping individuals and businesses maximise their potential. When he’s not coaching or optimizing businesses, he enjoys spending time in nature—hiking, camping,fishing, surfing, and working on creative projects. With degrees in Finance and Teaching and a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, Tom’s career spans leadership roles in sales and financial management, alongside a rewarding stint as a high school teacher. 

Before beginning his professional career, Tom’s discipline and teamwork were cultivated as a student-athlete on a tennis scholarship in San Diego, USA. This experience laid the foundation for his results-driven approach and strong interpersonal skills.

I specialise in administration, operations, and bookkeeping, helping businesses stay organised and run more smoothly.

I’ve also been a business owner-operator in the Tradie VA space, and that experience really shaped how I approach coaching.

The ultimate goal is to boost business capacity and drive long-term success, simplifying processes so business owners can focus on what they do best whilst aligning my values in coaching to achieve positive outcomes for trade businesses.
